Glittery pianos and vibrant percussion arrangements have enlivened Harrison's gorgeous new release "Come Alive" via MNRK records.
Harrison is a U.S.-based composer and producer who draws from the sonic worlds of hip hop, jazz, and soul to craft an incredibly eclectic sound that borders retro and modern. His latest track, "Come Alive," leans more towards a modern sound with its dreamy aesthetic and KAYTRA-reminicent rhythm section. I loved the use of peculiar embellishments throughout his drum selection as this gives the track character, along with the tasteful arrangements of the pianos.
