It was about time to have some Scottish presence on the website! My morning starts with the massive tune "The Woodpile" by Frightened Rabbit. Band names, right? Right?! Ok, let's move on. Besides the impressive singing, what I do enjoy the most is the interplay between the more folky chorus and the distinctly rock verse, especially when the bass kick prevails for a few specs of time. I would definitely add the song to my travel playlist!
The song is from their forth studio album Pedestrian Verse, which was released this month! I'll be completely honest and admit that I haven't had the chance to listen to the rest of it, but based on the track below, it might turn out to be an Album Review material. Enjoy your day!
