The main reason why I love running is the ability to easily control the pressure on your body and the fact that it feels like an escape. Some of my favorite memories are waking up at dawn and running as fast as I can. I'm not a runner per se, but pairing this with some good electronic music is a shot of endorphins straight to my body.
One such track is Franky Wah's "Boundaries" released via Anjunadeep earlier this year. The Doncaster-based producer builds his sonic castle around an intense and beautifully wobbly synth that persists around the track. Paired with the chopped vocals, the composition gives to me a weird sense of security, can't explain why.
Naturally, the track spaces out around the 2 and a half minute mark to only burst into a stream of energy towards the end. The time you gotta sprint.
