The latest release by Midnight Snacks really caught me by surprised... This time they've taken a detour and instead of going towards their usual disco/house route, they've released "CYU" - a beautifully emotive R&B/Soul track created by the gifted fraen again.
Her vocals take center stage here as the passion behind her vocals is a wildfire that's bound to catch your attention, along her candid songwriting. I mean, you can't not smile when you hear the line that slips in at 1:18min. The smooth instrumental that's underpinned by loose drums dare not escape mention especially since it accentuates the soulful nature of the track.
