If you are a member of popular social networking sites like Twitter or Instagram (like we are!), you might see the hashtag "#tbt" today. "What does this peculiar, three letter acronym mean?" you might ask yourself. Throwback Thursday. It is popular to post a picture of your younger self or to an event that happened in the past so everyone can look in awe at your younger beauty/be jealous of cool things you've done in your life. Well, why can't we do this with music? Two years might not seem like much of a "throwback," but with all that's come out since, you can forget about the awesome songs you once loved. Today, I rediscovered my love for Foster The People's debut album, Torches, and found a track I had previously skipped over. "I Would Do Anything For You" is probably one of the most pop-sounding tracks on the album, and is something I never would have ever listened to in the time of its release. Luckily for me, I've now listened to it for hours on repeat, and can think of nothing better than sharing it, so that you may jam the replay button as well.
