Something I personally cherish in music is not just a quality tune, but a tune that is also associated with a compelling story and "Vanish Point" is a beautiful example of that sentiment.
“Vanish Point" is a collaboration between Feverkin, Koresma, and Brooks Aleksander. Having been friends from back in college, they all moved west and have been roommates for the past two years in Los Angeles. This song came about on a trip to escape the pandemic lockdowns at an Airbnb near Lake Isabella in the mountains.
They arrived at the name "Vanishing Point" as they all moved to different spots after their lease was up. The title also suggests a rather, lofty and atmospheric listening experience and that's exactly what we're introduced to.
