Anoraak’s version of Pelican is yet another stellar exhibition as to why it’s really honour for artist to get their work remixed by this French producer.

I’ve been a fan of Anoraak since I heard his remix of Neon Indian’s ‘Psychic Chasms’, so my previous statement isn’t pulled from thin air. What I love about this remix is that it’s vibe composition isn’t specific. Basically, we’re given autonomy as Pelican sounds like a dance track but the overall mood allows listeners to mellow out. When it comes to the production, the use of percussion particularly caught my ear since it gave the track a bit of a rhythmic swing. If you’re into CFCF or even Roosevelt, this is for you.
