edapollo's Blue Spring remix journey continues with a spacious and tribal electronica take on his "Wildflower" gem, crafted by Marley Carroll who I've been a fan of for some time.
The first thing that got my attention in this remix was how hard the drums were hitting. Marley stripped away the synth section of the original and added his own vision to the main underlying melody, turning "Wildflower" into something that carries a heavy Tycho feel.
While it still dwells in the electronic realm, I would not classify this remix under the progressive term. It has a very organic scent, but is a lot more meditative than the original. A beautiful and creative way to re-rejuvenate a track. It almost feels like a different track.
