US singer Devon Grace has brought us something utterly soothing, the sonic equivalent of a comforting embrace. "Losing Game" is dedicated to a girl she was in love with and blends acoustic folk, soul, and cinematic elements.
In the beginning, the song gives space for Devon's delicate vocals to shine, supported by tranquil guitars & lullaby-esque sound design, while in the 2nd half, as the song builds up, you're sucked in with heavenly vocalization and a wonderful groove.
Certainly, one of the most beautiful & absorbing pieces I've heard as of late.
