I'm a big fan of Daniel Wilson's absolutely stunning vocals. We have already featured him a couple of times with the tracks off his debut EP and they were raw and absolutely unique, yet super simple.
"Wedding Daze" is definitely a progression of his sound and progression in the best possible way. Daniel Wilson is combining his gospely falsetto with strong synths and creates this dazzling combination of soulfulness and electro pop. Sounds like something that would never work together, but it's just perfect in "Wedding Daze". He proves that his voice works both with simple piano and with the insanity of beats and synths. I absolutely love the build up of the track as well, and I'm oh so excited to hear the new EP Sinner Of The Week.
