It has been a while since I've heard anything new from Conner Youngblood... uhh almost 2 years.
I really missed the quiet, lonesome feels of his music. His music always made me want to travel somewhere distant, alone and just.... just look at the surrounding nature, far away from civilization.
Speaking of the track actually, Connner shares on his SoundCloud:
A song I made in support of the National Wildlife Refuge System
I guess that explains a lot... including the beautiful lyrics.
Like a flood you come and goYou’re south of IdahoWhere your river starts to flowUnsure I’ll ever knowFlood come and goI’m just north of New MexicoSome things I’ll never knowThrough the reeds and the rushAm I asking too much?
