Bubbs & Stan have proven to be a great combo. "Since I Had You" and "Talk Like That" (with DUX) were outworldly sexy & smooth. And their new "Traffic" doesn't differ.
The basslines play with your whole body and their vocals drip like honey. I love what they share about it:
We wanted to make a feel good track that people could relate to. Something those in LA could appreciate and connect with. It's got some pop vibes, but the production is definitely more soulful with some R&B influence, hence the live instruments. A singable melody, chord changes that move you, and a horn breakdown! We didn't want to take ourselves too seriously so why not make a song about love and traffic at the same time?!
