I finally got some groove back, which in my case means waking up at 6:30 and kicking off the day with some head start. I'm spending the week in my parents place back in Bulgaria and it's been pouring rain until this morning when the sun finally took over my room at sunrise. Stretch, morning coffee and chilling on the balcony in the quietness is hands down one of the most relaxing things for me. That and of course this morning's soundtrack - Botanik's "Komorebi".
Inspired by producers like Madlib, Ol' Burger Beats, SwuM & Tomppabeats, the Denver-based producer crafts jazz and soul-inspired instrumental hip hop. The whole beat is super playful and it will definitely leave you in a good mood.
The track is part of his new 4-track EP Reclusive Catalog and I have to say - I am seriously impressed. Not sure how this guy hasn't blown yet.
