I've been a fan of Blu since I was in high school, and it's such a pleasure to hear that his lyricism is still garden-fresh as if he was in his 20s.

"We Make It Look Easy" has a kind of rhythm which is quite unorthodox, but it's this atypical groove which creates a vibey swing that draws you in. Muldrow's vocals can't escape mention as her soulful performance enlivens the chorus and gives the track more of a dramatic edge.
