Back in March we took the first step towards the next Bicep sonic journey. The Belfast duo dropped their "Atlas" and went silent. Until yesterday.

"Apricots" is the 2nd single from their forthcoming Ninja Tune LP release Isles scheduled for January 2021 and it is beyond real. The track flexes (no pun indended) from the very first kick and immediately makes you want to be somewhere dark and lonesome. The perfect setting for a rave. It's not long before the eerie chopped vocals take over alongside what feels like 90s trance homage sound.

Also, I might be wrong, but the other choir samples remind me of the Mystery of the Bulgarian Voices. I might be biased.

This is pure love.
