When it comes to impeccable experimental energy on the dancefloor, New York-based producer Baltra is someone who will surely leave a mark. After my December feature of "Brush Strokes", it's time for another single from his upcoming release Where I End.
The track carries a certain dark energy that can easily serve as a power-up whether you're preparing your DJ set or about to hit the gym. Built around a beautifully chopped vocal sample, "Where I End" is nothing short of a hard-hitter full of twists and surprises. The underlying synth pads fill up the atmosphere, making the whole composition sound very behemoth-ish. A true electronic beast, a cross-over between breakbeats and IDM.
