Colombian psychedelic trio BALTHVS earned a well-deserved spot on our Best 100 Albums of 2024 editorial and it's great to see back with new music early in 2025.

This also marks the beginning of a new playlist I started curating titled feeling psychedelic. "Year of the Snake" dwells in the space of psychedelic disco and it blends groovy basslines, shimmering guitar licks, and cosmic synth textures.
