UK-based brother/sister duo Baby.Girl have created the summer chill/jazz-hop anthem - “Shell House”. No other track I’ve heard does as excellent of a job encapsulating the sound and taste of summer. The beach waves, light breeze, sandy footsteps, salty air and blithe seagulls.
Here’s what Samantha and Ash, inspired from growing up by the sea, say that the track:

Couldn’t agree more about the “hypnotic beats” (plus, the guitar strings of sunshine), which I immediately associated with pure, raw happiness and freedom of being. The track is a reminder that the most unpretentious and authentic environments bring the purest of joys.
