Solstice

I love summer Friday mornings. There's a sense of lightness in the air because most people are off or taking it easy and the usual pressure feels weirdly off. Those are the moments I feel most productive and nothing beats a peaceful 6 AM Friday with a superb chillhop beat.

Today's zen ecstazy comes thanks to our mates B-Side and OG Nuage who teamed up with Berlin-based Bamboo Artists for a blissful, nature-inspired instrumental experience. I find the name, "Solstice", to perfectly match the energy of the track. The astronomical event happens twice a year, marking the times when the Sun is at its highest or lowest point in the sky at noon. The beat evokes a sense of calm, reflection, and the passage of time, mirroring the dual nature of solstices.
