Yair Yona and Ofer Bymel went on a long and winding road through the worlds of psychedelia, jazz, rock, drum n’bass and avant-garde, before we found our new truth right there in front of us on the Dancefloor, between the club’s subwoofers, laser lights and huge disco balls.
These moments of discovery were the beginning of the colorful world we created in Water Knives, a way that is a persistent search of the unknown, while disposing of egos and pre-knowledge. We set off to search for ourselves in a very wide setting of styles and new experiences - from dark techno to sunshine music to happy and bright psychedelia, which created a melting point of disco, drum n’bass, experimental music, creotrock and sound tracks.
