East Forest's music has been sitting in my "to-post" folder literally for ages, when I figured out that including him into our birthday compilation was actually a better idea.
Today we are premiering his new video for "Highway 1": the single off his 2014 album Orbits. You can check out the interactive version of the video here. The whole album is actually great.
"Highway 1" is a very unique track: combining the minimalistic beats and soothing electronic ambience with the sounds of nature and sensual vocals. The end result is delicate and somehow spiritual (if music can be at all spiritual). The video is perfectly trippy and fits the sound: it was definitely a good choice of visuals.
