If you were to google what's under "movements" you would have probably never found out about the four piece California post-hardcore band Movements. Luckily, the Dreambound project that has been running for few years has been uncovering the best from the melodic/post-hardcore scene.
Both the vocals and instrumental in this video are pretty light and melodic, one level up that the this genre usually dictates for. This would allow you to easily follow the lyrics which are also in the description below the video.
