Kan Wakan's brilliant play-this-and-forget-about-the-rest-of-the-world song "Molasses" got quite a lot of traction here at the fox. I must admit - Emily's discovery is one of my favourite tracks those last few weeks.
The song is so enchanting, I clearly remember I did nothing but chilling on my couch and abusing the repeat button. In addition, when I found that the artist behind this beautiful piece of music is from my home country - I have to say it felt pretty awesome.
Now, few weeks later, the artist shared with us the official music video for "Molasses" directed by Simon Benjamin.
