Video: BANKS - Beggin For Thread

I was recently introduced to the sultry sound of Jillian Banks. “Beggin for Thread” led me to her two EPs, Fall Over, and London, as well as the four singles off her upcoming album, Goddess.

Within the realm of “dark and alternative R&B”, Banks is certainly an artist to keep a music-seeking eye out for.

Recommended further listening and glitch-laden video watching: the closer on the Fall Over EP, “Work”, a collaboration with famed DJ and producer, Lil Silva (also producer on three of the Goddess tracks).
