Today we wrap the beautiful release journey of Android Ethics' 5-track EP Taking Our Time. A release I've been hoping for since before knowing most of the crew involved - SAÍGO, TromBobby, EVDN., RADO, and Peyotoff and I'm surely glad this is out in the world so people can float in the sonic water of these guys.
"We deliberately picked this title as we really didn’t rush creating and polishing the EP. We’ve known each other for years but so much has happened to each of us in recent years, it wasn’t until now we felt ready to put this out and show the world what we’re capable of.", Tien shared with me.
EP's title track is also the most laid-back, soothing one from them all. I love the splash of retro feel and TromBobby's spacious brass work that adds a sense of Sunday chill to the whole nostalgia energy of it.
