Lukas Amer and Sjoerd Huissoon formed Amy Root when they crossed each other's paths at the Conservatory of Rotterdam in 2018. Since then, they have been putting mythical mental images through electronic beats that reside in melancholia and euphoria.
"AvA" is one of the tracks inspired by their own stories and memories of friends, family, and adventures. Lukas and Sjoerd even take their insecurities and translate them into their art, and "AvA" is the latest misty installment ready to be adored at festivals and parties.
