"High 21" by Amar Miller is the kind of track that's bound to have you drifting into calmness thanks to the flows and the instrumental.
Miller just turned 21 actually and has been honing his rapping abilities since middle school. One might think that "High 21" leans towards what's called "stoner rap", however, the Ohio native describes this as a sensual cinematic experience about being high on life. His flows throughout the verses seamlessly float over the dreamy instrumental, and what I also appreciated here was the soothing singing voice that he brings out in the chorus.
