The song explores the fine line between intimacy & independence, as well as the peer pressure from society to push those boundaries, especially for women. You're about to get lost in a sensual blend of soul & jazz, with Alyx's delicate voice (and backvocals from Elizabeth Woolf), lush flugelhorn (courtesy of Moonchild’s Andris Mattson), and a mesmerizing drum/percussion groove, all sprinkled with gentle strings.

It's as if we have Laura Misch, Cleo Sol & Sade all at once. Such a magnificence.
