I had some dark days in my younger years, I isolated loved ones trying to help me back on track. In the end I was the one who pulled myself out of a rapid downward spiral.This track is a letter to myself and anyone else who needs to hear it, we all have that voice in our heads that tries to talking us down or talk us out of fulfilling certain things. The hardest challenge is battling that voice.
