Magic happens when you listen to it in the streets - suddenly everyone seems sexier and it disseminates your mind with strong affection towards complete strangers and makes you experience a wide range of emotions. This album makes you anxious and that’s what Arthur Ashin (Autre Ne Veut) has been suffering for quite some time already.
The layering in each and every song speaks for the artist’s good understanding of pop and R&B music. Arthur is obviously influenced by late 80’s and that makes this album utterly current. The beats are mellow and funky, fast and slow, complex and simple at the same time, while his singing voice is just right. Even extremely cheesy falsetto parts feel very appropriate to euphoric atmosphere of the record. "Anxiety" has the honesty that brings trust back into independent music.
