I'm a massive fan of bedroom pop, although my issue with this movement is that many of these artists sound very similar.
Part of the reason I'm so drawn to the sound of Akurei is the fact that his brand of bedroom pop is garden-fresh, and "HAIRDYE" is a wonderful example of that sentiment. His vocal delivery is exceptionally catchy whilst conveying vulnerability through his heartwarming lyricism.
