This one feels like floating on a cloud or cruising on an empty street near the ocean.
London singer Akemi Fox unveiled her 3rd EP in the dark (a reference to the artwork that was taken in the dark outside). It consists of 7 songs (including previous single "check in with u") that revolve around themes ranging from uncertainty, insecurity, and self-acceptance, to newfound confidence, intimacy, and embracing her sexuality.
One of the focus tunes of the full EP drop is certainly "what have we started", featuring another UK act, singer [ KSR ]. The result is really captivating with its synths, trappy drums & tastefully processed vocals - with chemistry that feels surreal.
