Australia delivers again. Akacia & Cabu are no strangers to each other. After collaborating on the stellar "Gold", the guys join forces on another elevating track.
I have to say - Cabu nailed the production of "Weakness". The tune gives me goosebumps, but it's neither the bassy soundbase, nor Akacia's gorgeous vocals. It's how these two things together. You know that scene when young king Arthur pulls out the sword in the stone and everyone he's the only one chosen to do so. Well, it really feels her vocals are the only thing to fit the superb production skills of Cabu.
This track destroys everything in its way.
Also, is it me or I hear a sampled die Antwoord in the background? Not a fan, but it sounds so good in this case!
