I've been humming all day and somewhere along the lines I'm sure somebody grew tiresome of my moans. Like gum strapped to a hot summer sidewalk 'Tonight' is bound to become STUCK in your head by virtue of the sticky melodies you'll find on this track.
In the beginning we're acquainted with a hazy pad drenched with this rough texture almost reminiscent of sand paper. Not in a bad way, but in a way where Aiwake boast their virtuosity when it comes to the department of sound design. One would pretty much like the song when they hear the instrumental but when the vocals arise... So will the feelings of infatuation towards 'Tonight'. The vocals are somewhat blurry and faraway, thus creating this atmospheric effect. Ironically the last thing you want to do is fall victim to the spell of the dreamy vocals as you may miss out on the rich lyrical content. Overall this sounds like Small Black treading an RnB route.
