I've been a fan of Airling for a while: her own releases, collaborations (the one with Japanese Wallpaper still tops my list). She has this kind of music that is super smooth and dreamy, and overall so pleasant to have in your headphones.
"Move Me" fits the same pattern, but Airling added some groove to it. The minimalistic production enhances the smoothness of her vocals. The track is peaceful and airy, but still gets you moving and hitting that repeat button. The word is out that Airling is gearing up for the first full-length album, which I will definitely be on the lookout for.
"The song was completely stripped back to its bones, as a melody and beat, with me vibing out at home and we let it be that expression without over-complicating things or the sentiment. There's a sensuality to it: in the notion of borrowing someone's body on the dance floor and seeing how it fits with your own."
