Weekend is quite gray and I am on day... 2 of my house lockdown till freedom. Hence, I kinda had to change my routine to keep sane and focus on stuff to help time pass by and still feel productive. Listening to music will definitely be one of them! Lots of records to preview and music to explore.
Right now, I'm feeling somehow jazzy, so Àbáse's experimental superiority "Skeme Goes All City" comes in the right time! The project is the brain-child of Budapest-born producer and keyboardist Szabolcs Bognar. As a drum and all-round jazz lover, this feels like home. The structure and all the tiny details are superb. And the flute... ahh, the flute is just the grand jewel of this sound structure.
