The New Jersey artist rapped her way up to the top in 2016, and now her music is still nothing but addictive.
"Cocoon" is part of her latest album You Can't Kill Me, and it reaches out with nervous vibrations blending r&b and rap in her own hypnotic way. Over a tense synth, she describes the irritation one may have with the person beside them. She does that while almost detaching herself as the shaky bassline is telling the story alongside her. In the end she becomes sharper and more stable, in a situation painted with chaos.
