A little r&b-inspired sadness wrapped in sounds for those of you enjoying those experimental music blends. The artist is Wih'lo, the track "It's True" (free download included) and the mood is... as much as I wanted to say somehow slow-steppish, there's something really heavy and dragging down in that track.
In the week of the Charlie Hebdo events and absolute madness, I spoke earlier with Juanito who's currently in a forest in France, following and filming the events. This Brainpickings quote seems absolutely accurate.
"Freedom of speech" means you support the right of people to say exactly those ideas which you do not agree with... Seeing as how there are so many different beliefs in the world, and as it would be virtually impossible for all of us to agree on any one belief, you may begin to realize just how important an idea like "freedom of speech" really is.
