I have mentioned before that Scandinavia is slowly becoming my top music destination (after Australia of course), and artists like Seinabo Sey are just making me more and more reassured.
I've been meaning to share some of her older stuff, but the Gambian-born, Stockholm-based artist has dropped a new track a few days ago and I thought this would be a better introduction than her older stuff.
Her deep bluesy vocal matched with heavy beats and gun shot samples gives me chills. I've seen a few references to James Bond theme and, yeah, I feel like this would describe it perfectly. If you haven't heard about Seinabo Sey before, this atmospheric tune will definitely put this upcoming diva in your spotlight.
