With only fifty-three followers on SoundCloud, and just under 2000 total plays to her name ( at the time of writing), I'm pretty certain that we’re one of the first platforms to properly discuss Madeline Crisman.
The Maryland-based alternative indie-popper might be relatively unknown, but for me, nothing gets me more excited than stumbling on an act from the deep recesses of the net ( actually she followed me on SoundCloud).
Her music is both refreshingly experimental and easily accessible for the casual listener. In essence, it’s pop, but not the kind that loses appeal after a couple of listens.
She’s definitely one of those artists that you’re going to want to keep an eye on because with songs like “Waiting”, it’s only a matter of time before she reaches a wider audience.
