15 year old Michigan artist LOREN delivers a near perfect indie-pop track dripping with sultry vocals and a deep base undertone.

I must point out that I was drawn to "Echo" before knowing too much about LOREN - including her age. There are many things that should never be used as a basis to define the quality or substance within any art-form so its with caution that I start this post with emphasis on LOREN's age. The fact that a teenager is capable of putting out tracks as good as this shouldn't really still come as a surprise either (Birdy, Lorde, Taylor (well Country Taylor), Adele etc etc).

Anyway we digress, my point is that tracks this full of promise, coming this early in a career is usually a good pointer to having something special on our hands. Definitely an artist to keep an eye on and in the meantime, pre-order her debut EP The Dare (released on October 16th).
