It's a Kings of Leon kind of day.
I've been listening to their older stuff and realized how much more I like what they were doing before all their "Sex On Fire" successes. Not trying to be a jerk, their albums as of 2008 are still pretty decent, but I feel like they were my secret little band and I hated the fact that they got really famous. And I didn't appreciate the change of the sound.
"King Of The Rodeo" is the single off their second album Aha Shake Heartbreak, which was released in 2004, so this goes well in line with #throwbackthursday.
Let the good times roll!
