Jesiah (who I just stumbled upon) will take you on this sort of indie/folk/leisure trip which personally made me wanna go explore some vast and steep areas somewhere in Africa. That and campfires.
The American singer/songwriter has this very soothing voice. Not sure whether he's playing all the instruments as well, but the music needs absolutely nothing more than it's already there.
