I have lately been missing beautiful acoustic music because we are surrounded with all those smartly produced, yet very computerized electronic tunes.
I was completely sure we have posted about Isbells before, so I am amazed we haven't. Which is actually quite exciting because I get to introduce the band. Isbells is a 4 piece from Belgium. Their lead singer Gaëtan Vandewoude has been all over the place trying to find his sound, and I'm happy that we finally found himself and we get to hear his music.
"Maybe" is this beautifully calm acoustic song. It's quite old as well, but it doesn't change the quality of the track. Acoustic plucking is paired with delicate vocals, and do I hear banjo as well? The song sounds super simple, but I feel like it's very emotionally charged, so just sit back and enjoy. I think most of us miss this kind of sound now and then.
