I discovered duendita earlier this week when I was piecing together the last Songs To Wake Up playlist.

Little did I know, the NY-based singer teamed up with our Simon and Ken-I-Producer to create something beautiful, perfect for a late leisure Sunday afternoon. Actually, the story is a bit more complicated than this:

two years ago today, i released the song 'one of one'. @iamsimoneng sampled 'one of one' to create his tune 'good'. @ken-i and i expanded on his record and made it our own to create this special song, 'dream of me'. thnx @nichanson for holding down the keys.

Absolutely touching piece of music. It channels such a feeling of being delicate, it makes you being careful when listening to it.

By the way, there's smth else she wrote on her SC, whch I found quite inspiring and I think it's worth adding to the post:

this is a love letter to all of the producers #onhere that i admire and love, thank you for recognizing something special in my voice. i never thought i would be worth sampling. you've made my work reach ears i never thought i could reach.
