I was very impressed when Mark first posted about Daniel Wilson and I kept an eye on him ever since. Even though the track I'm talking about now is not new, it showcases Wilson's absolutely incredible vocal qualities and the diversity of his music.
"Boy Who Cried Thunder" is a perfect example of modern soul. Even though the track is heavily produced, Wislon's falsetto is at its best there. Even when the instrumental insanity starts (I can hear piano, trumpets and guitar, but I think I'm missing something) closer to the end of the track, his voice grows more and more powerful and creates an absolutely overwhelming climax of the track.
