Off of Daily Bread's soon-to-be-released EP Cloud Conductor due out July 23rd comes a hot track featuring Obeah, which portrays themes using the live show experience as an anology. I appreciate the line "rain or shine, we came with the vibes", which I think speaks to the attitude that those who crave live music embody -- situation regardless, the hardcores show up to get down.
Then, Daily Bread uses a soufully unique build-up to help us question unfavorable conditions. The conventional wisdom might suggest rainy shows aren't ideal for a hyped show. Except, I defintely think people would go off to tracks like this in the rain. We don't give into the fear of the unfavorable. We own those literal and figurative wet clothes and feel the complete phatness the moment has to offer.
